here's my recipe for this green smoothie:
1. a bundle of native pechay
2. cucumber (remove the seeds)
3. kiwi and cranberry juice
4. water
5. honey (optional)
all you have to do is put everything in the blender and turn the pulse on. then, taste it. its up to you what you want to add to suit your taste. it may be more honey or more fruit juice or whatever. ganun lang kasimple. :)
when i concoct something, im sorry, i dont measure. everything is based on taste. when it suits my palate, then its ok na for me. ganun lang kasimple. lol :)
