the continuation.... there's so many pix to share! i hope i can convince you to try yoga. :P

dont know what this pose is but it strengthens your shoulder since its the one supporting the weight of your body. lol :)

wheel pose! i have no idea i can do this! my gad! hahaha :)

its time to showcase my yoga classmates' skills here, as i promised them that i'll be including them in my blog. hehehe :)... here you go, guys. enjoy! ;)

at the end of the day, its all about health and wellness. i hope you start to make a difference in your own personal life coz its never too late! :P
