its been more than a month that i've been practicing yoga. according to our yogi (instructor),         Rachel Besa, it cleanses our body and it enhances our chakra. i can only associate chakra with Naruto, one of my fave anime series! hahaha! kidding aside, Yoga is designed to integrate and harmonize all levels of your being: physical, mental and spiritual.  It seeks to raise your level of consciousness by reinforcing the natural effects of certain special bodily position (yoga postures) on your state of consciousness.
Anyways, the type of yoga that i'm into right now is ananda marga yoga. To know more about this,    click here.
My yogi, Rachel Besa, at her finest! you would think that she's a ballerina when she does the yoga poses. you'll be in AWE at her flexibility, as in! so inspiring! luv her to pieces. i know she'll be reading this post of mine! hahaha :)

i clearly remember when i started Yoga, it was HARD, in the fullest sense of the word! hahaha! i cant support my body on most poses, i cant twist my joints, bone-breaking sounds from the inside, as in! hahaha! and the most common word i get to blurt on the very first day of yoga was "AGAY"!!! hahaha :P...   worse, got body malaise the next day! i didnt want to come back for another session! lol :P
i must say, i improved a lot and i really experienced how i evolved to being able to achieve every pose. Both my instructor and yoga classmates noticed it. yipeee! its time to showcase my skills here! im so proud of myself! hahahahaahahhaa! :P

guess i need a lot of space for my yoga photos! hahaha... there will be Part II of this! :P

there's no better way to spend a fab day but to be with friends whom you share the same interest and share the stories of your life with. yesterday was all about me and my dear friend, Burnz. we went to SM Department Store to buy her a sleeveless shirt that she'll use for the gym. we both love beautiful stuffs (that suits our budget! hahaha), which starts with sunglasses. same brand, different styles, its Prada! :P

burnz, the coffee lover, had to drop by at Starbucks SM to have her personal coffee blend. coffee is one thing we don't share in common as i don't drink one since i palpitate with it. apparently, she ended up not liking the mix and has this to say, "poor customer service" at such branch! hahaha :P... she doesn't rant like i do but i can see on her face how dismayed she was. lol :P (its ok burnz, buy at I.T. Park next time). still, she managed to smile at the camera! hahaha :P.... i was suppose to blog about her personal coffee mix but since it didn't taste right! lol... maybe next time when she'll have the prefect mix! hahaha 

then, off to Promod! just wondering, shouldn't we be in a sporting goods store, burnz? the likes of Nike, Puma, Adidas?! hahaha! :)... anyways, i dont mind being here though. lol :P

burnz shared to me that a friend of hers is using a certain korean cream that makes your skin look really  flawless and fresh without the make-up feel on your skin. sooo intrigued, we giddily strutted our way to, the FACESHOP! its time for vanity! hahaha ...i dont put anything on my face, even powder, but this time , i tried it due to burnz's insistence! why not?! :P

in fairness, the cream really makes you look flawless without the make-up feel! u just have to spread it on your face evenly using your fingertips, that's it! so simple! its also very economical since you just need to put a very small amount and dab all over your face using your fingertips, then spread evenly. hehehe...burnz ended up buying the cream, plus a lipstick! lol :)... i didn't buy for myself as im really just not into make-up. well, that's me. :P... for the ladies out there, its a must have, trust me! :)

that concludes my day with a truly great friend, burnz! more stories to come from our upcoming tour around the city...lol :P

P.S. - i cant find a link for this particular BB cream that you may check on. if you want to try it out, which i really suggest, just go to the nearest Faceshop outlet and just tell any attendant that you want to try the "BB cream with collagen". they have testers (good thing!). this bb cream also comes with other variants, like the ones that has SPF. it really depends on what you need and your lifestyle. i sound like a beauty expert! hahaha :P

Contributions to pension, housing and health funds amounting to more than required by law are subject to income and withholding tax effective last July 1, according to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
The BIR has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 53-2011, which affirms and clarifies an earlier ruling.
The BIR directive states that voluntary contributions to the Social Security System, Government Service Insurance System, Home Mutual Development Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) are subject to tax.
The BIR said that such contributions are considered investments and are thus taxable, adding that it would no longer entertain any requests for tax exemption on these contributions.

Just so you'll be updated guys with what's being deducted from our earnings through our mandatory government benefits. Like the most of you, i too, am an employee. :)

from the recent concluded MTV Europe Music Awards, the Fame Monster, Lady Gaga bagged four awards. not just that, after hatching out of an egg earlier this year at the Grammy's, for the EMAs she chose not only beat records but to be the record jaw-dropping and head-turner as always! why not?!!! hahaha :P

5 outfit changes in one night! all from the latest spring/summer collection of Paco Rabanne! spell outrageously fabulous and futuristic! Paco Rabanne is known for his architectural metal creations and was even referred by no less than Coco Chanel as the "metalworker of fashion". Paco retired in 2006 but after a few years his company made a comeback with a fantabulous spring/summer collection for 2012.  i can say that during the years in between his retirement and major comeback in the fashion industry, he must have concentrated on his perfume line coz that's what i've associated Paco Rabanne with from the last 4 years. which reminds me, i super luuuuv his XS perfume, the classic one! brings back college memories! hahaha :P... the giant headpieces that Gaga is wearing in the picture was designed by Philip Treacy. before i forget, Lady Gaga is coming up with her 1st fragrance which will be due in 2012. no formal name yet as its currently being developed by Coty Beauty, who is producing the scent. Gaga said that it would be smell of "BLOOD and SEMEN" !!! even the scent, is very controversial!!! hahaha! something to watch out for, definitely! :P

Oh, Lola!, Marc Jacobs new line of perfume has come up with an ad featuring the 17 year old superb actress, Dakota Fanning (luv her!). From the ad, Dakota is holding a huge bottle of perfume between her legs. According to UK's Advertising Standards Authority, (ASA) they have received enough complaints regarding this ad. :P
This is what ASA had to say : "We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative. We understood the model was 17 years old but we considered she looked under the age of 16. we considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualise a child."

personally, i dont see it as sexually provocative. i mean, knowing Dakota Fanning who starred in the movie, "I am Sam" and etc..., hasn't done any sexually explicit role on any movie.. well, none that i can think of. sometimes, its really the work of a dirty mind that makes it sexually provocative. i find this decision of ASA so rubbish! the ad was done in good taste! HELLO! :P

here's a very exciting collaboration with mega brand Versace and H&M. in case you don't know, H&M has 3,000 outlets worldwide. good news? DEFINITELY !!! this would mean that you can buy these GLAMOROUS outfits off the racks of H&M outlets! without having to go to the House of Versace. i just hope that its affordable! hahaha... H&M, i must say, is known to be affordable! Donatella Versace created 40 designs for women and 20 designs for men for this collaboration. Versace, right at your own fingertips! HELLO! This is really really worth checking out! see some of what Dona-Diva has come up with this collaboration.

for the men's collection, as in WOW! i can pull-off all of these outfits (oozing confidence)!!! :P
the Versace x H&M fashion show was held at New York City during the New York Fashion Week last Nov. 9, 2011. All of these collections will hit stores of H&M UK by November 17. everybody is raving about these collection! expect a stampede at H&M! lol :P

it was during my high school days that i've developed a love for denims. i clearly remember before that we used to recycle our worn out Levi's pants into bags! hahaha.. well, that was what's "IN" way back then. you can't blame me for following! :P... this is how our bags were before.... dont mind the pink button and the back pocket that doesn't have the signature Levi's stitch. just imagine its a worn out Levi's pants. hahaha! :)

nowadays, denims usage have been fully diversified. from shoes to apparels and to the countless collaborations (the "IN" thing these days). which led to remind me that, Levi's has their own line of denim shoes but sorry, not my type! i remember examining a shoe displayed on their shoe rack, as to how each piece was made into a shoe. then, i realized, quality wise, its poorly done! sorry, im just very meticulous! hahaha! no wonder it didn't click amongst men...
Anyways, here's the latest denim shoe collection from Diesel. definitely a must have! ;)

for the ladies, since "short" shorts are the "IN" thing now, you cant go wrong pairing it with these! you'll definitely look so fab! :P

La Greta graced the cover of Preview Mag's August 2011 issue. She's wearing a 2011 Spring/Summer collection from Prada. I must say, the peg for this is the FUR! very glamour! hahaha! Type! :P
So far, I think she's the only local celebrity who can pull-off those pricey designer outfits. Given her aura and modelesque physique, you'd think it was custom made for her. Well, she can afford                  it anyway! :P

This is what every gay and lady is waiting for! Casting for Victoria Secret models starts on October of every year and fashion show proper is always staged every November of the same year. This year, only 34 to 35 gorgeous ladies will join the fashion show. 11 or 12 of which will be newbies - lucky girls! Its been said that over the last 15 years of the Victoria Secret Fashion show, only 150 models have been modelling for them. That's one hell of a casting and selection job! If I was born a girl, i wouldnt have second thoughts auditioning at this annual event of VS (the nerve! lol). I wish they could also showcase Asian models, as there's a lot who'll be interested to audition! hahaha.... you know the Asian market, will always long and buy what famous celebrities would endorse! :P
Anyways, Victoria Secret held their fashion show last November 9, but no full length video is yet available for viewing. Something to watch out for! Anyways, here's a sneak preview of what happened during the show proper.

How lucky you are, Anne Vyalitsyna! If you guys are not aware, Anne is the gf of Maroon 5's frontman, Adam Levine, who is also singing his hit song "Moves like Jagger" while Anne sashayed her way on the catwalk. Adam escorted her with matching stolen kiss to Ann while posing. How sweet, right?!!! Hope you enjoyed watching the preview coz i definitely did! :)
